True recovery isn’t just about what you eat—it’s about how you feel in your body. At Wildflower Recovery, we believe healing happens through movement, expression, and deep reconnection with the wisdom of your nervous system.
Like wildflowers, we are meant to move, grow, and exist in our fullest, most authentic forms—not confined, controlled, or pruned to fit someone else’s idea of beauty. Through trauma-informed somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and movement-based healing, we help you reclaim embodiment, self-trust, and freedom in your recovery journey.
This is a space for recovery that honors you—your body, your story, and your capacity to heal in a way that feels sustainable, liberating, and deeply yours.
You were never meant to be contained. You are meant to bloom.

My name is Sara Packard, and I am a CCI-certified eating disorder recovery coach, certified in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga. My work is deeply rooted in the belief that true recovery is an embodied practice—one that goes beyond food and body image to reconnect you with your full, authentic self.
As an artist, actor, and dancer, I know firsthand the power of movement and creative expression in healing. Long before I had words for my own recovery, I had movement—dance, yoga, theater—and only later did I realize how vital those embodied practices were in sustaining my freedom. Now, I integrate that wisdom into my work, helping others reclaim their own sense of embodiment, self-trust, and nervous system regulation. I understand how overwhelming and impossible recovery can feel. But I also know, with every fiber of my being, that full recovery is possible. I’ve lived it. And I’m here to support you as you walk your own path—one that isn’t about shrinking, controlling, or fitting in, but about expanding into the person you were always meant to be. Because just like wildflowers, we aren’t meant to stay confined within the garden of expectations. We are meant to grow freely, unapologetically, and in our own unique way. |
