"What if being a wildflower means finding your own resilience and strength to grow wherever you are? People who struggle with eating disorders are often some of the strongest people who work so hard to try to "fit" in to the common garden, when in reality they were never meant to in the first place. And when you find what recovered looks like for you personally, you realize that your not "fitting in", your wildness, is exactly what makes you uniquely beautiful.
My name is Sara Packard and I am a CCI certified eating disorder recovery coach.
I know from my own experience how difficult and often hopeless the recovery journey can feel. I also know the beauty that comes when you do get to the other side and become recovered...because recovered IS possible! I use my own personal experience combined with my training to support those who are currently facing their own eating disorder. I can help you not only transform your relationship with food and your body, but also with yourself. I believe wholeheartedly that the recovery journey can actually leave us with a closer connection to the person we were always meant to be, even if like a wildflower, that means we must break free from the common garden of "fitting in" in order to grow. |
