Somatic-Based Eating Disorder Recovery & Coaching
Recovery is not just about food, it’s about coming home to your body.
At Wildflower Recovery, I offer 1:1 support that blends somatic-based practices, trauma-informed recovery coaching, and nervous system regulation to help you rebuild body trust, reclaim autonomy, and move toward a sustainable, liberated relationship with food and yourself.

Why a Somatic Approach?
Many eating disorder treatments focus mainly on thoughts and behaviors, but lasting recovery happens when the body feels safe. Nervous system dysregulation, internalized beliefs about food and worth, and disconnection from the body often lie at the root of disordered eating.
Somatic work gently helps you:
  • Regulate your nervous system so food, body image, and emotions feel less overwhelming
  • Release unhelpful beliefs about body size, food morality, and self-worth
  • Develop deeper embodiment through mindful movement, breathwork, and awareness practices
  • Support long-term recovery through body-based tools that bring ease and presence into daily life
